The bulk of what we do is the day-to-day store work: product, collection and catalogue updates, product launches, landing pages, sales and promotion set-up, promotional artwork and copy, and ongoing design refreshes. Running quietly in the background is the technical upkeep — maintenance and support, theme/app/plugin updates, security monitoring, backups, analytics and basic SEO monitoring. One team handles both, so you can hand off the whole store and focus on growth.

The plan includes up to 8 hours of store and maintenance time and up to 4 hours of development time per month. Unused hours don't roll over. If a bigger piece of development, design or implementation work falls outside the monthly allocation, we scope and quote it separately before starting — no surprise invoices.

We specialise in eCommerce platforms — Shopify and Shopify Plus in particular — and have over a decade of experience keeping high-traffic stores fast, secure and up to date. If you're on another major platform, mention it on the discovery call and we'll confirm fit.

No problem. Larger development, design or implementation projects outside the monthly allocation are quoted separately and slotted into the roadmap. Many clients pair Website Management with our CRO or paid media services so growth and maintenance move together.
